What look, feel and experience are you after for your event? Do you want a little more inspiration? We have a beautiful portfolio showcasing all our rental pieces at work.
3. How Can We Help
Now that you have an idea of what you are interested in, it’s time to consider how much support you would like from Event Essentials. Do you know exactly what you want and just need to place the order? Or would you like more experienced guidance through the process? Having an idea of what kind of service you would like from us will help us to better align you with the right support.
4. Site Visits
If you have come to us needing a tent, or are you hosting your event at a location we haven’t yet been to, we’d like to visit the site. We can familiarize ourselves with the space and learn all the logistical details we’ll need to know.
5. Let’s Make it Official
Hopefully, by this point in the conversation, you’re feeling confident about your choices and it’s time that we get to make things official. You are welcome to send us a cart full of goodies via our online catalog or your account executive can build the reservation with you.
6. The Library
Your vision is really taking shape and you’d like to experience your inventory pieces in person. We’d be happy to schedule a visit to The Library for you to see, feel, and design your finishing touches.
7. Final Tweaks
It’s about a month out from your event and RSVPs are coming in which means it’s time for us to finalize all your details. We’ll make sure we have accurate counts and wrap up any loose ends.
