A 3% loss fee is applied to all lost items.

Each package of linens comes in non-breakable packs of five.

Delivery fees vary based on zip code and quantities. Contact Melissa to determine what the delivery fee is for your zip code.

We welcome the conversation to make linen accommodations that fit best for your business needs.

A: 

We offer an optional damage waiver, which covers accidental damage. This optional waiver does not cover missing items, negligence, misuse or theft. The cost of the damage waiver is 10% of the rental fee. If you decide not to take the damage waiver, you are responsible for damage to the rented items.

A: 

Linens and cloth items do not have to be laundered, but care should be taken to avoid mildew. (Mildew and using linens as wiping cloths is considered misuse and not covered by the damage waiver.) Linens should be returned dry and free of food matter in the linen bags provided. Please return all totes, bags and boxes you receive with your rental. Charges will apply for missing containers and items needing extra cleaning.
